At the Oakland Farmers' Market

Thanks to the staff at the Oakland Farmers' Market, I was able to conduct my current July/Summer 2012 Poll during the Market on July 14, 2012. Having attended all of the markets so far, I am so glad the weather cooperated and the heat was not as hot for this one (especially when I'm standing outside for a few hours!).

How'd I do?

So Election 2011 has ended and a few people were surprised at the results while others were not. An interesting question was posed by Councilman Jensen to me at Szabo's Election Night Event as to whether there was any correlation between my polling results and the actual results. I told him that I had not taken a deep look at that time, but that I would now that the election results are officially in. Mrs. Stagg Interview Responses

At the debate about a week ago, I asked all of the candidates if they could answer some questions in an interview. As you have probably seen, I have posted the videos of my interviews with Mrs. Coira, Mr. Lesher, and Mayor Szabo. I had also interviewed Mrs. Schwager but my computer has been acting up and I have not been able to post the video. I am working on repairing that currently and I hope to get her video up before Election Day.

Our Future

As Election Day has already passed us by, there is a large stretch until Election Day 2011. I will still continue to poll residents on important issues but they will be limited until election time comes around.


While I would love to go to council meetings and ask questions and such, with my school schedule and other things going on, it is very hard to do. So, I will plan to do polls during school breaks such as a winter or spring break that is not a holiday (Thanksgiving, C...
